Creation of two virtual assistants to streamline the sales process for a global supplier of music-instrument accessories and pro-audio equipment. Leveraging AI to process internal documents and product specifications, one assistant provides detailed answers to complex product queries, enabling informed decisions, while the other generates tailored Bills of Materials (BOMs) based on venue size, budget, and stock availability.
